In this first episode, Esther Anderson welcomes you to Series 2 of the Powerhouse Podcast – The Defence Reality Check. It’s an introduction to the series, laying the groundwork for the conversations to come and some of the questions we’ll be putting to our guests.

About Esther
Esther Anderson has spent more than 30 years working across business and industry in Western Australia, including 18 years in the Pilbara and for there last 10 years across the Western Trade Coast and wider WA.
She is the Operations Manager of the Western Trade Coast Business Network, host of the Powerhouse Podcast and author of The WA Industrial Flow, exploring how industries, regions, projects and businesses connect across Western Australia.
Much of Esther’s work is about making industry easier to understand – connecting businesses with the right people, information and opportunities, while asking the practical questions that often get lost amongst the big announcements.
